1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Formlab Kenya website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Formlab Kenya provides premium aluminium window systems, door solutions, glass curtain walling, shower screens, gypsum works, and related fabrication and installation services. All services are subject to the specific terms agreed upon in individual contracts and quotations.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Final pricing may be subject to site survey and confirmation of exact measurements.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material cost fluctuations with prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

• A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to commence work.
• The balance is payable upon completion and before final handover.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, M-Pesa, or cheque as per the invoice details.
• Work will not commence until the deposit has been received and confirmed.

5. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery and installation timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.
• Timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control including material availability, weather conditions, and site readiness.
• The client is responsible for ensuring the site is ready and accessible for installation.

6. Warranty

Formlab Kenya provides warranties on our products and installations as follows:

• Aluminium frames and hardware: 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects
• Aluminium profiles: 10-year warranty
• Glass units: 5-year warranty against seal failure
• Installation workmanship: 2-year warranty

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, natural disasters, or unauthorised modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Formlab Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and code, is the property of Formlab Kenya and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
